Pre-History of the Blender

There is a facinating history of the pre-cursor to the Blender project and it’s origins on the Amiga computer over at Piotr Zgodziński blog. Ton Roosendaal wrote Traces on the Amiga in basic and then later re-created it on the SGI as Blender.
